He\/she plays a key role in the smooth running of operations. He\/she is also involved in continuous improvement projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage projects as a whole, meet with customers, coordinate teamwork, ensure financial performance of projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare project-specific studies, analyses, expert reports and technical reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare specifications and estimates for new projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute process improvement projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in project development with relevant personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain work and product quality standards (HACCP, SQF, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate OHS risks related to the project and take the necessary measures to eliminate them, and ensure compliance with health and safety instructions and company regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a technical reference for existing team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and organize training needs in collaboration with immediate supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the maintenance team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in meetings to improve productivity, work environment, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work in collaboration with the quality control department on any problems that may affect product quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 years&#8217; relevant experience in the field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership in the Ordre des ing\u00e9nieurs du Qu\u00e9bec is an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in French (spoken and written); knowledge of English an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, MS Project)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SUMMARY : Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Mechanical and Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for implementing various building and optimization projects.
